- From 11 years old: Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults. Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin and are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.
- Charged 100% for the third person using an extra bed
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a 2.5-hour route ( The cruise tour does not include the transfer price). There will be a short break on the way.
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
You will arrive at the waiting lounge at Halong International Harbour. Once your check-in process finishes, take a tender boat to the Athena Royal Cruise.
The onboard staff will welcome you with a drink, then you can have a delicious lunch while seeing the beautiful islets in the harbor from the cruise ship's deck.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
After lunch, head to the fascinating Sung Sot Cave. It is one of Halong Bay's biggest and most well-known caves, with two massive chambers brimming with interesting stalactites and stalagmites.

Tour to Titop Island
Next, we will move to Titop Island, a serene location with breathtaking views. There are many exciting things to do here, such as trekking to the top of the mountain to get many stunning pictures of Ha Long Bay, sunbathing, or swimming in crystal-clear water.

Then, let’s return to the main luxury cruise for the late afternoon relaxation.
You can enjoy the Happy Hour in the bar (buy one drink, get another free) or participate in the Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make delicious spring rolls.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
Savor the delectable Vietnamese cuisine for dinner and take in the welcoming atmosphere of the onboard restaurant.

Warm up for the day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, then refuel with a light breakfast.
Explore Luon Cave
After that, you'll explore the mysterious Luon Cave. To reach the other side of the island, visitors will take a boat journey beneath the enormous mountain that looms above this cave.
There are two ways to experience it: for free, you can go kayaking or embark on a traditional bamboo boat trip with a local boatman.

Return aboard the Athena Royal Cruise, wrap up your belongings, and finalize the check-out procedure.
Enjoy a delicious lunch to refresh yourself while the boat heads back to the mainland.
Have A Nice Meal
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Take a tender back to Halong International Harbor and get off the boat. Say farewell to the crew.
When you get to the pier, which should be around noon, wait for your transfer car (book in advance with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You will be transported to your Hanoi hotel via a limousine or shuttle bus. End of your journey.

You will be transported from Hanoi to Halong Bay this morning by a shuttle bus (The pick-up service is not included). The trip may take around 2.5 hours, including a brief stop.
11:00 - 11:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
Once getting to the International Harbour of Halong, carry on the checked-in process, then take a tender boat to Athena Royal Cruise.
The cruise staff will offer you a welcome drink and the cruise manager will instruct you on some important notes while being board.
Lunch is provided while the cruise ship sails to the renowned Halong Bay. Take in the breathtaking scenery and well-known limestone sites.

Explore Sung Sot Cave
Step into the eye-opening Sung Sot Cave. With two enormous chambers stuffed to the gills with fascinating stalactites and stalagmites, it's one of the largest and most well-known caves in Halong Bay. Don't forget to bring your smartphone or camera to capture these amazing vistas.
Visit Titop Island
Head to the pretty island of Titop, which boasts incredibly calm blue seas. You may engage in a variety of thrilling activities here, such as hiking to the summit of the mountain to see a breathtaking view of Ha Long Bay, tanning, or swimming in crystal-clear water.

Wonder Halong Bay in day with Athena cruise
Had an amazing time. tidy and cozy room. Super pleasant and attentive staff. Dinner on the set menu was fantastic. They made sure that everything met or above our expectations from the moment they met us at the pier until they dropped us off.
