- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
Pick-up time from the hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi (the transfer is not included in the cruise price). After that, drive to get to Halong.
11:45 - 12:15 | Embark
Reach the waiting lounge in Tuan Chau Marina. From there, a tender boat will transport you to the Catherine Cruise.
You can check into your cabin after enjoying a welcome drink and listening to a cruise briefing.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Ha Long Bay
As the cruise delves farther into Halong Bay, you will be able to witness the breathtaking beauty of the bay while enjoying a delicious meal in the luxury restaurant.
Explore Luon Cave
Travel to the stunning Luon Cave. Here, you’ll be assisted to get into the sit-on-top kayaks. Then, you can enjoy leisurely sailing in the serene green lake like a mirror while taking in the striking stalagmite structure and the magnificent scenery.
Fun time on Titop Island
Then we are going to the charming Titop Island to either trek or swim (towels provided). Let's unwind on the white sand beach, relax in the glistening water, or ascend to the summit of the island to get a bird's-eye perspective of the bay.
Back On Board - Cooking Class & Happy Hour
Come back to the cruise ship for some refreshments.
Join the special afternoon tea and cooking demonstration while taking in the stunning sunset off the bay, or simply relax with drinks during the Happy Hour.
Enjoy A Delicious Dinner - Free time
Enjoy a sumptuous dinner in the elegant restaurant aboard Catherine Cruise with a fine dining set menu.
After that, you'll have free time for evening activities. Let's play minigolf, go squid fishing, play poker, and spa.

Have Breakfast - Practice Tai Chi
Start your day off with a Tai Chi class and take in the breathtaking view of the sun rising over the horizon. While enjoying a light breakfast, you can take in the stunning scenery.
Visit Surprising Cave
Next, take a tour of Sung Sot Cave, the biggest cave in Halong Bay. You can view the spectacular stalactites and stalagmites as soon as you enter the two massive chambers here. Sneakers are highly recommended.
9:15 | Checkout - Brunchtime
Return to Catherine to unwind, pack your bags, and finish the checkout procedure.
A full brunch buffet will be served as the boat sails approach the harbor. You can settle your bills in the reception area later.
10:45 - 11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Leave the Catherine Cruise and return to Tuan Chau Marina by tender boat. From there, you will be taken back to Hanoi. Enjoy your final glimpse of the picturesque Halong Bay.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (with extra fee, excluded from the cruise price), get in your pick-up car and return to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater. End of the service!

Pick up guests via shuttle bus (the transfer is not included in the cruise price) from the hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. After that, we take a 2.5-hour highway drive to get to Halong Bay.
11:45 - 12:15 | Embark
Arrival at Catherine Cruise's Lounge at Tuan Chau Marina. Meet the crew and have a handmade welcome drink. After that, you will transfer to the ship, and then receive a brief safety briefing and cruise briefing.
Lunchtime - Sail to Halong Bay
Savor the exquisite lunch that skilled chefs have prepared for you at the opulent restaurant as we travel to Halong Bay.
Explore Luon Cave
In the afternoon, prepare to climb into the sit-on-top kayaks in Luon Cave after going through a few basic safety precautions. Let’s admire the magnificent stalagmite formations while meandering leisurely through the serene green that reflects Luon Cave.
Visit Titop Island
After that, guests will head to Titop Island for some swimming and sunning or you can hike to the top of the island to get a wide perspective over Halong Bay. (towels are provided)
Return On Board - Happy Hour
As the sun sets across the bay, we return on board to relax after many fun activities. Enjoy the Happy Hour (buy one, get one free) and take part in the special afternoon tea and cooking demonstration.
Unwind on the large sundeck with some drinks
Dinner Time - Nighttime Activities
Enjoy a romantic dinner with a set menu in the onboard restaurant. Then, take in the starry sky from the top deck while enjoying drinks, try squid fishing, play mini-golf, or use the spa and sauna.

1. Halong Bay Route (For more than 8 guests to join the 3d2n tour)
Have Breakfast
Take a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while the gorgeous sunrise greets you to start your amazing day. After that, savor your breakfast at the restaurant.
Visit Cua Van fishing village
After that, you'll board a day boat to continue exploring Halong Bay. Start your tour of the floating village of Cua Van by kayaking or sampan boat. This is one of the biggest and oldest fishing villages on Halong Bay with a unique culture.
Have Lunch On Day Boat
Return to the boat by midday to have a satisfying meal and some downtime.
Head to Trinh Nu Cave and Trong Cave Area
Start the afternoon with a kayaking trip through the Trong Cave Area and see Trinh Nu Cave. This place is related to a romantic and sad legend of a couple. Remember to take photos of this gorgeous scenery here.
Relax On The Cruise
Return to Catherine Cruise later at dusk and unwind at the pool or Catherine's bar. You can also schedule a spa treatment or enroll in the cookery class.
Relax in the Panoramic Pool
Enjoy Dinner & Leisure Time
Taste some of the area's delicious cuisine as a treat for yourself after an active day.
After supper, you can head to the top deck, enjoy cocktails at the bar, or go squid fishing before retiring to your cabin for the night.
2. Lan Ha Bay Route (For 8 guests or below for the 3d2n tour)
Transfer on the day boat
Have breakfast and get ready for your day. A day boat picks up passengers at the ship, then moves to pick up a few more passengers on another ship.
Explore Viet Hai Village
We arrive at the pristine Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Guests will discover the beauty of this village in two convenient means of transport: bicycle or electric car. Let's navigate through the lush forests and visit the ancient houses or interact with the locals as an alternative.
Lunchtime
After the village excursion, travelers will be back to the day boat to have lunch and relax for a bit before the afternoon schedule.
Kayaking & Swimming Activities
We will start the afternoon by going kayaking at the Manh Lu raft area near Van Boi Island, a stunning spot for sightseeing. You can freely sail your kayak and explore hidden coves and islets of the area.
Later, guests return to the boat and move to the Ba Trai Dao area to have a nice swim on the pretty beach. This place is enclosed with imposing islets, creating an airtight and peaceful area for you to immerse yourself in the emerald sea.
Onboard activities
Return to Catherine Cruise and chill out in your cabin. Or else, you can use the 5-star facilities service on board for recreation and relaxing: minigolf, pool, spa, fitness room, etc.
Dinner with a set menu is served in the evening, enjoy your meals and join free evening activities later: squid fishing, karaoke, board games,...

Begin your fantastic day in Halong Bay with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, followed by a light meal at the restaurant.
Explore Surprising Cave
Travel to Sung Sot Cave, the biggest cave in Halong Bay at the center of the UNESCO World Heritage site. After hiking on a 100-step stair, you will be in awe of how breathtaking the cave is with on-of-a-kind rock formations.
9:15 | Checkout & Have Brunch
Come back to our Catherine Cruise to pack your bags and leave your cabin after exploring Sung Sot Cave.
As the ship sails back to the main port, a complete brunch buffet is provided in the dining area. After that, you can pay your bills at the front desk (if there are any).
10:45 - 11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Get on the transfer boat and back to Tuan Chau Marina. Now you can relax while waiting for the luggage.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
Get your transportation (book in the next step with extra fee), you will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon. Your journey finishes here.
