- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
If you've arranged for the transfer service (extra fee needed), gather your belongings and await our driver's arrival at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
We'll transport you to Tuan Chau Marina, with a pleasant break along the way.
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark the cruise
Arrive at the lounge of the cruise. Complete the check-in process and embark!
After a refreshing welcome drink, receive information about the trip's highlights and safety measures. Take a brief rest in your room before lunch.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Ha Long Bay
As you sail through the breathtaking Halong Bay, adorned with fascinating rock formations, indulge in a tasty meal. Savor the flavors while enjoying the serene surroundings.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
The first activity in the afternoon schedule is a visit to Sung Sot Cave, which translates to "Surprising" in English. Prepare to be amazed by this exquisite natural wonder adorned with ancient stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years.
Relax in Titop Island
As part of the voyage, you'll also get to explore Titop/Soi Sim Island. At the summit, you'll be treated to an incredible panoramic view of Halong Bay. If hiking isn't your cup of tea, you can opt to swim on the beautiful sandy beach instead.

12:00 - 12:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Bid farewell to the sailors as we disembark from the boat, cherishing the experiences we've had throughout the journey.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
To return to Hanoi, we'll board a bus (not included in the price). It's time to get off when you reach your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Pretty good
The trip went well, amazing service from the staff. The activities in Halong Bay were fun and memorable. The only things that may improve is the cabin, it was a bit small in my opinion.

Great qulity
Quality tour service at a reasonable price. Driver Ha and tour guide Dung are very enthusiastic with tourists.
It's just a pity that it rained a bit that day because there was going to be a storm, but it's okay, everything is fine.

Pretty nice tour
The stay at the scenic spot is short, but the cruise experience is comfortable, the food is good, the tour guide is considerate, the transportation is direct to the hotel, and the overall service is very good.
However, if you want to stay at the scenic spot for a longer time, it is recommended to take a 3-day tour.
