If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up in Hanoi
Wait for your transfer to Hanoi Old Quarter and travel to Tuan Chau Pier in Halong (The cruise price does not include transportation).
11:15 - 11:45 | Check in - Get on board
Arrive at Tuan Chau and do the check-in process at the cruise’s waiting lounge.
Then you will transfer to the Elite of the Seas Cruise by speedboat, embark, and listen to a short cruise briefing before getting in your cabin.
Enjoy lunch
As the vessel sails into Lan Ha Bay, go to the restaurant on board for a sumptuous lunch and have free time before the afternoon tour.
Kayaking in the Ao Ech Area
Let’s gather at the reception area to participate in the amusing kayaking activity for around 1.5 hours. It’s time to explore the stunning bay and navigate the azure waters surrounding the cruise.
Sunset Activities
Get back on the ship and try to take pictures with the cruise by drone at the sundeck area - a unique way to save your memory trip in Lan Ha Bay. (depending on the weather conditions)
Later, there will be a sunset party for you to enjoy drinks and desserts and a cooking demonstration to make Vietnamese food.
Chill out in the Pool
Enjoy dinner - Leisure
Having an impeccable dinner in the restaurant, a gastronomic journey befitting the majesty of the seascape.
Then, relax in the spa and sauna room, try squid fishing, or have some cocktails.

Wake up early to enjoy the glorious sunrise & join a golf class or Tai Chi exercise afterward.
Buffet breakfast will be served with tea and coffee later.

Take a trip to Dark & Bright Cave
Gather at the reception area to visit the pretty Dark & Bright Cave. You will have around 1 hour sitting on a local rowing boat and witness the natural wonder of this place.
9:30 | Check out on board - Brunch
Return to the Elite Cruise to pack up your luggage and put it in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter.
Enjoy the buffet brunch in our restaurant. Then, you can settle down the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.).
11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark
Time to say goodbye to the staff on board and return to the mainland by speedboat. Then you can relax in the lounge while waiting for the transportation.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter after a 2.5-hour drive (book the transfer service with an extra fee). End of services!

Begin your journey with a pick-up in the Old Quarter, and travel via the expressway to Tuan Chau Pier (The transfer fee is excluded from the cruise price).

You’ll arrive at the waiting lounge on the pier and check-in. Then we embark on a speedboat to Elite of the Seas, setting the tone for the thrilling adventure ahead.
Check in to your luxurious cabin, your home away from home during this voyage. After that, enjoy a mouthwatering lunch at the restaurant, savoring the flavors of the region.

As we get back to the vessel, pack your luggage and place it outside your cabin door, then return your key to the reception counter.

11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark time
The Elite Cruise returns to Tuan Chau Pier and you get on a speedboat to the waiting lounge, bringing your unforgettable journey to a close.
14:30 - 15:00 | Stop at Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (with an extra fee), we will pick you up in Tuan Chau and drop you off in Hanoi Old Quarter. End trip.

A trip to remember

Perfect cruise
I really appreciated the service on this trip. The staff are all kind and friendly, and I felt quite at ease there. Especially Jay, who served us; he was so kind and helpful. He also took excellent care of us and made our stay memorable.
