If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Hanoi transfer
Your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and drive you to Halong (the cruise price doesn’t include transportation).
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark time
Upon arrival at No.28B of Tuan Chau Marina, our team will welcome you to our lounge before getting on the cruise.
Our Cruise Director will assist you with boarding to start cruising in Halong Bay.
Enjoy a nice lunch
A set lunch menu will be served at our Panorama Restaurant on the 03rd deck. Enjoy delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the grace of the bay.
Discover Me Cung Cave
The cruise approaches the Nha Lat Area. This is time for guests to visit Me Cung Cave (Cave of Maze) - a spectacular destination with plenty of historical and archaeological values about Halong Culture from 10,000 years ago.
Guests will be charmed by the magnificent complex structure with stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and the most diverse ecological system in Halong Bay.
Visit the Tung Sau Area
Then, the tender takes you to the breezy Tung Sau Area, famous for its pearl products. Now it is free time for guests to paddle on colorful kayaks to explore the stunning landscape of this place.

Return to Emperor Junk for refreshments. Then you may attend the Afternoon tea with music and Canapes on the sundeck.

Enjoy Vovinam exercise on the sundeck and enjoy the warm morning sunlight.

Explore Luon Cave
Take a trip to visit the unique Luon Cave. Sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by a local, you can see a variety of plants such as ferns, cycads, Benjamin’s fig trees, and many beautiful orchids.

8:30 | Check out - Have brunch
After the cave tour, get back to the cruise, finish packing all of your luggage, and check out. Then, you may enjoy an A La Carte brunch in Can Chanh restaurant on the 1st floor while cruising back to the mainland.
11:00 - 11:30 | Get off board
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and reach Emperor Junk Lounge for disembarkation on your onward journey.
14:30 - 15:00 | Come back to Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), wait for your car and return to Hanoi. End of the trip.

Hotel pick-up for a trip on the highway to Tuan Chau Marina if you book our shuttle bus (not included in the cruise price).

After arriving at the pier, you’ll check in at the cruise waiting lounge at Lot 28B Tuan Chau Marina. Then go to a tender to Emperor Junk.
Get on the ship, then enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the cruise introduction.

It’s time to enjoy a set menu lunch at the restaurant on the 3rd deck. Savor your Vietnamese dishes and take a look at the stunning islands of Halong Bay.

Travel to Me Cung Cave
The luxury junk reaches the Nha Lat area. It’s now time for travelers to explore Me Cung Cave (Cave of Maze), a stunning location with many historical and archaeological treasures from Halong Culture dating back 10,000 years.
The exquisite complex structure with numerous stalactites and stalagmites, as well as the most diversified biological system in Halong Bay, will captivate you.
Kayaking in Tung Sau Area
The tender then transports you to the Tung Sau Area, where you may enjoy the breathtaking nature of Halong Bay on colorful kayaks. This is a good chance to witness the pearl growing and harvesting process from the locals here.
Sunset Activities
Get back to Emperor Junk around dusk. Feel free to join the Afternoon tea party with music and Canape on the airy sundeck and witness the sunset.
Later, guests can participate in a Vietnamese cooking class to make traditional Spring rolls.

After an active day, savor an A la carte course menu in the luxury Royal Palace Restaurant on board.

Morning Activities
Enjoy Vovinam exercise in the pretty sunshine on the sundeck. Then, visit Can Chanh Palace Restaurant for a sumptuous breakfast.
A journey in Viet Hai Village
Transfer aboard a day boat/speedboat for a tour of Viet Hai Village.
Here, guests can choose to ride a bike or an electric cart to explore the lush forest and rice fields. Then, visit a traditional house in a community deep in the national park to see the local's daily life.
Lunchtime
Refill your energy with a tasty lunch in the village or on the dayboat. Relax for a bit before continuing to discover Lan Ha Bay.
Unwind in the Ba Trai Dao
Cruising through the Cat Ba Archipelago, sail past the Cai Beo floating village and then to the Ba Trai Dao beaches, where you may chill out on the white sandy beaches surrounded by vertical limestone cliffs.
NOTE: Depending on the weather, you can travel to the Tra Bau region to kayak and swim instead.

Return to the ship in the afternoon and have leisure time for yourself. Let’s enjoy a massage service or join a special tour of the art and history of Pham Luc’s paintings or Emperor Bao Dai’s palaces.

After the tour to Luon Cave, you will transfer back to the junk ship for the checkout process. Go to the Can Chan restaurant on the 1st floor and have an à la carte brunch while returning to the mainland.

As the ship reaches the pier, you’ll get on a speedboat to travel back to the waiting lounge. Let’s say goodbye to the crew members.
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
For those who use the pickup service (extra fee needed), get ready and return from Tuan Chau to Hanoi. Stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

The seaside gym added intrigue and pleasure to the workout! The spa also felt incredibly soothing and cool!
