- From 5 to 11 years old: charged 75% adult ( sharing bed ), 90% adult ( extra bed )
- Above 11 years old: adult rate will be charged
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
08:15 - 08:45 | Pick up
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter if you have booked the shuttle bus (require extra fee). The travel time to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours
There will be a short break en route for refreshments (about 20 minutes).
11:30 - 11:45 | Check-in - Embark
You will be present at Tuan Chau Marina, where the cruise staff will welcome and assist with check-in procedures.
Once on board, guests can enjoy a welcome drink in the restaurant during the cruise briefing and then check in to your luxury suite.
Lunchtime
Lunch will be served in the restaurant as the cruise ship travels through the countless stunning islands and islets of Halong Bay.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
In the afternoon, the transfer boat will take you to the stunning Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, discovered by a group of French explorers in 1901.
Explore the area with your companions
For guests who do not engage in experiential activities, on the yacht, you can choose to relax, and enjoy massage services, a swimming pool, a bar, a cigar and wine lounge, a billiard, etc.
Sunset & Happy Hour time
Get back on board, you can enjoy the best moments of the day at the sky bar on board as the sun hits the water. Let's enjoy cocktails and savour Canapé.
Dinner at Restaurant
In the evening, tantalize your taste buds with a selection of Western and Vietnamese cuisine in the dining room.
After dinner, you can chill out in your suite; pamper yourself at the spa; try some squid fishing; or spend time with your fellow companions at the cigar & wine lounge, karaoke, sky bar, or pool bar.

Sunrise time - Have Breakfast
For early risers, don’t forget to observe the dawn over Halong Bay. Then, start the day actively with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or have a workout in the gym.
A light breakfast will be served in the restaurant. Have your meal and prepare for the day.
Excursion to Luon Cave
Travel to Luon Cave, one of the most gorgeous places with imposing limestone mountains, lush flora, and emerald sea. You will get on a rowing boat to discover this pretty area.
9:00 | Room check-out & Enjoy Brunch
You return to Grand Pioneers Cruise to complete the check-out procedures and pay your bill at the front desk.
Then, have a fulfilled brunch while admiring the natural beauty of Halong Bay before the cruise returns to port.
Having a nice Brunch
10:45 - 11:00 | Farewell & Disembark
Say goodbye to the nice staff on board and transfer back to Halong Bay International Harbor on a speedboat.
Once back on land, wait for your transportation back to Hanoi (not included in the cruise price).
14:30 - 15:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
Get in your transportation and return to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends.

Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
The transfer boat will take you to Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, discovered by a group of French explorers in 1901.
Check-in at the first destination on the journey: Thien Canh Son Cave – an archaic and unique cave in Bai Tu Long Bay. Let's walk inside the cave and see numerous stalactites and stalagmites.
Then, join in kayaking activities and relax on the pristine beach of this area.

Create Unforgettable Moments
Travel to Da Xep Nature Park
The journey explores the final islands of Heritage Bay, considered the sea gateway, and checks in at the Da Xep Nature Park - an outdoor geological museum that has existed for 320 million years with outstanding geology.
Here, you can choose one of the two activities to explore pristine areas:
- Explore the Da Xep Nature Park, capturing moments with the Xep Rock - the icon of this region.
- Get lost on one of the area's beaches with long white sand beaches forming a path connecting majestic rocky mountains (based on tidal conditions)
Have Lunch
Back on board to refresh, lunch will be served on the day boat. Let's have a nice meal and recharge your energy.
Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village
In the afternoon, you will learn about the fascinating life of the fisherman in Vung Vieng fishing village and take a look at their farming process. This place is one of the rare floating villages that still operate to this day.
Return to Halong Bay
It's time to travel back to Halong Bay, you can explore Phao Dai Rock, Tien Ong Cave, and Con Coc Rock - the border icon of Lan Ha Bay & Halong Bay midway.
Then, guests may relax with the luxury service on board: pool, spa, 3D golf, etc. You can also enjoy Canapé and drinks at the Sky Bar.
Enjoy Dinner - Free time
Go to the restaurant and join the party of The Legacy Gala Dinner and have a nice selection of Western and Vietnamese cuisine for dinner.

Return to the cruise ship and check out at the reception desk on the 1st floor.
Then, guests enjoy the brunch buffet on the cruise while continuing the journey back to the port.
11:00 | Disembark
The ship reaches Tuan Chau Marina. It's time to get off board and start your trip back to Hanoi (book the transfer with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Arrive back in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and end your trip.

One of the best cruise ever
This cruise is very luxurious. The high price was worth the experience. 3-day tour takes you to the most pristine spot of Bai Tu Long, which is rarely exploited. Therefore, the experience was so peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommended this cruise.
