If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:30 - 8:45 | Pick-up time
Pick up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (transfer service is not included in the cruise price). Then travel to Tuan Chau Wharf.
Stop over for refreshments at the Pearl store midway in about 20 minutes.
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark - Have lunch
Arrive at the waiting lounge at Lot 20 Tuan Chau. Do the check-in process then transfer to Hermes Cruise on a tender. Check in your cabin.
Enjoy a nice buffet lunch at our restaurant while the cruise goes ahead to Halong Bay.
Visit Pearl Farm Village
In the afternoon, you will travel to Pearl Farm village. Here, you can witness the process of making pearls, buying products from pure pearls, and participating in kayaking, a must-try sports activity in the bay.
Explore Titop Island
After that, visit the charming Titop Island. You will have around 1 hour in this attraction. Time to climb up to the peak of the island to admire the beautiful panorama view of Halong Bay, swim, take pictures, or play on the sandy beach.

Relax on board at sunset
Return to Hermes Cruise and enjoy your free time. You can join the sunset party with fruits and snacks at Hermes Sky Bar and make use of Happy Hour (Buy 2 get 1 free). The massage service is available during this time.
Later, guests may participate in a cooking demonstration and learn how to make Spring rolls - a traditional Vietnamese food.
Enjoy dinner - Leisure time
In the evening, go to the restaurant on board for a European set menu dinner.
Then, you are free to join the squid fishing activity, drink at the bar, and relax.

Tai Chi Class - Have Breakfast
Let’s start the day with a refreshing Tai Chi class. Enjoy some tea and coffee under the glorious sunrise and have breakfast afterward.
Sung Sot Cave Excursion
Stop at the magnificent Sung Sot Cave. This grotto is famous for its huge size and the complex rock formations inside. Be ready to be amazed as you walk into the cave and see the amazing stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
9:30 | Check-out time - Have brunch
After the cave tour, return to the luxury Hermes Cruise for refreshments and check out. Enjoy buffet brunch later while the cruise transfers to the Tuan Chau Wharf.
10:45 - 11:00 | Disembark
Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier, it’s time to get off the ship and wait for your transfer car (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Reach your hotel in Hanoi
After a 2.5-hour drive from Halong, you will arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter. This is the end of the trip.

8:30 - 8:45 | Travel from Hanoi
If you use the transfer service (excluded from the cruise price), you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi and traveled to Halong.
Stop midway at the pearl growing and display area for about 20 - 30 minutes.
11:30 - 12:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Embark
Arrive at Lot 20 Tuan Chau Pier, where you do the check-in progress. Afterward, get on the Hermes Cruise and set sail for Halong Bay.
Have Lunch
Go to the restaurant for a buffet lunch in Asian - European style to satisfy your stomach and then relax for a bit before the afternoon activity.
Explore Pearl Farm Village
Continue your journey to explore Halong Bay by visiting the Pearl Farm area and kayaking to explore this place and see how locals raise pearls and make pearl products.
Travel to Titop Island
Next, you will visit Titop Island, famous for its stunning beach. Here, you will have time to climb to the mountaintop to see panoramic views of Halong. Swimming, taking photos, and sunbathing on the beach are other great choices.
Join Sunset activities on board
Get back to Hermes Cruise. It’s time to enjoy the sunset party with fruits and snacks at the Sky Bar on the 4th floor with Happy Hour (buy 02 get 01 free drink).

You can use the massage and spa service or join a cooking class on the sundeck and try to make the tasty Spring rolls for yourself.

For early risers, let’s go to the sundeck and witness the spectacular bay at sunrise. Then practice Tai Chi and have breakfast.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
Start your amazing trip to the unspoiled Lan Ha Bay on a day boat. The first stop is the unique Dark & Bright Cave.
Guests have around 1.5 hours to explore this majestic area by kayaking. Immerse yourself in the fresh air and witness the imposing limestone mountains while sailing on the emerald water.
Have lunch on the day boat
After the cave tour, return to the day boat and enjoy your lunch before the afternoon cruise.
Swimming in Ba Trai Dao Area
Move to one of the most ideal spots for beach activities, Ba Trai Dao. Let’s relieve your worries by bathing in the clear blue water and beautiful white sand beaches for about an hour.
Unwind on the stunning beach
A Trip to Me Cung Cave
The day boat will return to Halong Bay for the next discovery. Guests will transfer to the pretty Me Cung Cave, a place that has many corners, and pathways that give the feeling of you lost in a maze.
Back to Hermes Cruise
Around dusk, the day boat will reach the luxury Hermes. Time to get back and enjoy the sunset activities, such as a sunset party, unwinding in the pool, or joining a cooking class.
Dinner Time
After a long day, reward yourself with a special combination of Asian and European-style food for dinner.
Afterward, you can spend the night by taking part in some amusing activities like fishing squid, playing board games, and having a massage session.

Cruising to Sung Sot Cave, well-known for its outstanding beauty and is a favorite tourist attraction. Its name means "Surprising Cave" because of the vastness and unique rock formations inside. You’ll witness numerous stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years here.
9:30 | Return on board - Have brunch
Afterward, get back to the main ship. You may unwind for a bit then go to the reception desk to check out.
As the Hermes Cruise sails back to the mainland, enjoy a nice buffet brunch at the restaurant.

Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier, time to say farewell to the staff and transfer back to the waiting lounge and wait for your driver (book the transfer with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Travel on the highway and get back to Hanoi Old Quarter. Get off at your hotel and end your journey!
