If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
You will be picked up from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and taken to Halong International Harbor (the transfer is not included in the cruise price).
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark
You'll arrive at the harbor around noon. Let's complete the check-in process. Then transfer to the ship and attend the cruise briefing.
Set sail - Lunchtime
Set off on an exciting adventure to Bai Tu Long Bay, ready to see the captivating islets of Mat Quy and Teapot as you pass by.
Treat yourself to a delicious seafood feast. Savor the flavors while enjoying the splendid views.
Head to Thien Canh Son Cave
Discover the lovely Thien Canh Son Cave, hidden amidst lush greenery, this cave will transport you to a fairy tale world, showcasing the awe-inspiring beauty of nature.
Then embark on a kayaking adventure and uncover the charming Cong Do area and its majestic landscape.

Return On Board
After a day full of activities, let's enjoy a relaxing time on the ship as we leisurely sail back to the harbor, passing by the picturesque islets of Toad and Dragon's Head.

Once the ship docks, get off the ship then a shuttle bus will be ready to take you back to Hanoi from the harbor (transfer fee is not included).
20:00 - 20:30 | Back to Hanoi
When you arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, your journey will come to an end.

Nice day cruise
We went on the one-day La Muse boat. Really enjoyable day excursion. It was peaceful, the service was friendly, and the meal was great.
We went kayaking and visited a cave. It was great for a short trip, though I was pretty tired after that :)

Highly recommend
Our family had a trip on La Muse, and we had a wonderful day. There were not many visitors onboard, around 15 only. They did not cancel it; the excursion went ahead as scheduled! Staff were exceptional with their skill. The tour to Vung Vieng village was enjoyable. I strongly recommend this cruise. Thank you.

A nice cruise
Although I traveled for a day, it was fun. The trip to Thien Canh Son was great as the cave was stunning. I'll be back with a longer tour in the future.

Totally wonderful!
Amazing experience, the entire schedule and strategy were flawlessly planned. A different itinerary than other companies, with spectacular views of the harbor. The ship was well-maintained, the accommodations were spotless, and the cuisine was plentiful and well beyond our expectations, with fresh seafood and a wide range of meals. Definitely recommend!
