If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Start your adventure when a shuttle bus picks you up at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and drives you to Halong (the transfer fee is not included).
11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
As you arrive at the harbor, you may check in at the lounge at Lot 24, Tuan Chau Marina then get to the La Regina Legend Cruises on a speedboat.
As the cruise manager briefs you on the activities, orientation, and safety measures on board, you can enjoy the welcome drink and relax on board.
Have a delicious meal that highlights the real tastes of Vietnamese cooking.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
Explore the enthralling Dark & Bright Cave, a must-see sight in Lan Ha Bay. You can hire a local boat or a kayak to see this magnificent attractions.
After that, swimming around the ship is also a relaxing way for tourists.

Return to the cruise for check out and wrap up your belongings. Have the last meal on board and unwind on the sundeck for the final few hours.

Saying goodbye to the crew as you disembark from the boat. A speedboat will transport you back to Tuan Chau Marina.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
The transfer vehicle will take you back to Hanoi in about 2.5 hours (transfer service needs extra fee). Trip ends.

You will be picked up in a shuttle bus from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and driven to Halong Bay (pick-up service requires an extra fee).

As soon as you get to Halong, please finish the quick check-in at Tuan Chau Marina Lot 24's La Regina lounge.
Then get to the cruise by a speedboat or tender. You will receive the welcome drink and listen to the cruise instructions from the cruise manager.
As the ship heads to Lan Ha Bay, you will enjoy a lunch with the distinctive flavor of Vietnamese cuisine.

Return to the main boat to unwind and then check out at the reception. Please place all of your bags outside of your cabin; a crew member will assist you in bringing your bags onto the dock.
On the way to the harbor, you will have a brunch at the restaurant.
Chill out on the Sundeck
11:00 - 12:00 | Disembark
As we say goodbye to the crew, let’s disembark from the ship and back to Tuan Chau Marina on the speedboat/ tender.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
A shuttle bus or limousine (need an extra fee) will pick you up and drop you at Hanoi in about 2.5 hours. End trip.

Memorable experience

Amazing 2-day trip

Amazing service
We had a good time on this cruise. The staff was very nice to us. They even prepared a cake for my birthday. The rowing boat tour to Dark & Bright Cave was fun. Lan Ha Bay is outstanding. Greatly appreciated the crew effort.

A wonderful cruise!
We stayed for one night and had an unexpectedly amazing time! My expectations were exceeded by the room's balcony and bathroom! It was quite soothing, and the service was outstanding!
