If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A shuttle bus arrives at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and transfers you to Halong Bay (if you book the transfer service with an extra fee).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
As arriving at Tuan Chau Marina, please check in at the waiting room and then take a tender or speed boat to Nostalgia Cruise.
The cruise staff will welcome you with a drink and the ship's management will give you an explanation of the safety instructions and cruise briefing.
Then, savor a delectable lunch while the Nostalgia Cruise sails on toward Lan Ha Bay.
Visit Trung Trang Cave
The first destination of the trip is Trung Trang Cave, a masterpiece that is unique in Cat Ba Island. There are hundreds of naturally occurring stalactites forming a breathtaking panorama within the cave that will leave you in amazement.

Stop At Tra Bau Area
Head to a remote section, the Tra Bau area, which is deep within the pristine waters. This untouched landscape is worth to be discovered.
Seize the chance to swim in the ocean and enjoy the cold water and vibrant emerald sea while immersing yourself in the pure scenery.
Activities On Cruise
Back to the luxury cruise, unwind on the top deck, and take in the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. You may also take part in a culinary class or stay at the bar for Happy Hour.

As the boat returns to Tuan Chau Marina, savor a delicious brunch and enjoy the last moments on the bay.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Depart at the port and say goodbye to the cruise staff. You will be picked up in a shuttle bus and taken to Hanoi (need an extra fee for the transportation).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
After traveling for around 2.5 hours, you will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi. This marks the end of the journey.

A limousine or shuttle bus will transfer you directly from Hanoi Old Quarter to Halong Bay (not included in the cruise price). There will be a short break along the way.

Please proceed to the waiting lounge to finish the check-in process once you get to the Tuan Chau Marina. Then, you will join the tender to board the luxury Nostalgia Cruise.
You will receive a welcome drink from the staff and listen to the cruise manager's briefing about the safety instructions.
A delicious meal will be given to you while you cruise to Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island.

Pack your necessary items then get on a day boat to reach Cat Ba Island. Today's first stop is Viet Hai Village, one of the biggest fishing communities in Vietnam.
You may explore the area on a bike or an electric cart, and stop along the route to see rice fields, mysterious tunnels, and rainforests. When you visit the old local home here and learn a great deal about village life.
Explore Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island
Enjoy Lunch
Return to the day boat after that, and have a delectable meal. Then you may relax for a bit.
Relax At Ba Trai Dao Area

Nostagia - A wonderful cruise
The tour guide is funny, friendly, and enthusiastic. The staff on the ship are extremely friendly, cheerful, and kind. Especially Vy Vy, a lovely girl. I went with a baby and she knows how to take care of the baby for my family.
