If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), you will be picked up at your hotel by a limousine or minivan and take a 2.5-hour drive to Halong.
11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
As you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, please go to the waiting lounge for the check-in process.
You will have a welcome drink from the cruise staff when you are onboard. The cruise manager will give you some safety instructions before you check in your cabin.

Kayaking in Pearl Farm
Explore the Pearl Farm area, a tranquil place encircled by gently sloping limestone islands. Here, you can get in a kayak and discover some of the area's best-kept secrets while enjoying up-close views of the breathtaking bay.

Get up early to witness Halong Bay's breathtaking dawn and take a Tai Chi class on the terrace to start your day.

As our cruise ship arrives at Titop Island, you may unwind on the beach, go swimming in the glistening water, or get to the observatory atop the mountain to get a stunning bay view.
9:30 | Check Out - Have Brunch
It's time to say goodbye to the Sung Sot Cave and head back to the junk. Pack up your stuff and carry on the check-out process. Passengers will have a delicious brunch as the ship returns to the pier. The you may have free time.
Relax on the Loungers
11:30 | Disembark
After reaching the port, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise staff. You will wait for the transfer vehicle (book in the next step with an extra fee) in the waiting room.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
Get in your transportation and return to Hanoi. Your adventure comes to an end when you stop at your hotel.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Transfer
You will be picked up in Hanoi's Old Quarter by transfer service (extra fee needed), which will then drive you to Halong Bay. The route might take about 2.5 hours.
11:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
When you get to the Tuan Chau International Port, it's time to check in at the waiting lounge. The staff will welcome you warmly and assist you in getting settled in as soon as you board the ship.
After that, enjoy the welcome drink and listen to safety instructions. Then, have a delicious lunch as the ship sails off to Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, we will visit the largest pearl farm in Halong Bay - Tung Sau. It’s a good chance to immerse yourself in the local culture by trying your hand at manual pearl cultivation or going kayaking, adding an exciting and unique element to your journey.
Discover Sung Sot Cave
Afterward, we get to Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong with an area of up to 10,000 m2. This stunning cavern is an amazing spot for photographers and natural landscape enthusiasts.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Visitors will return to the boat for relaxation. You can rest on the sundeck, enjoy a "Happy Hour" drink special (buy one get one free), or participate in a cooking class to learn how to make Spring rolls.

Explore Me Cung Cave
The ship gets to the stunning Me Cung Cave, an attraction with a complex system of stalactites and stalagmites. Visiting this place is like stepping into a different world with how gorgeous it is.
Return Onboard

You will return to your hotel in Hanoi in about 2.5 hours. Your journey has come to an end.

Ha Long Bay Cruise
Start the tour from Hanoi; the pickup was on time, and the bus was clean and large. The tour guide was really polite and spoke decent English.
The cabins were clean and roomy, and the cuisine was rather nice. Overall I'm satisfied.

A great trip to Ha Long Bay
Thank you for a wonderful vacation, and special thanks to Eric, our guide, for his kindness and availability.
The only downside was that water was not included in the trip fee (only free in the cabin). Otherwise, the meal was excellent, and the hotel was clean and gorgeous.

Wonderful cruise
We enjoyed an excellent weekend in an exquisite setting. The itinerary was well-planned, with numerous events packed into 24 hours. Food was excellent, with the exception of a paucity of options for vegetarians. I would absolutely do it again.
