- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates

- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
Hotel pickup for a journey on the highway to Tuan Chau Harbour, Halong City (The transfer is not included in the cruise price).
11:45 - 12:00 | Embark
At Tuan Chau Marina, No. 1, the crew will greet you, then you will get on board. After enjoying the fresh drinks and damp towels, take in the itinerary briefing.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Ha Long Bay
As the ship sails deeper into the bay, you'll have the opportunity to witness the striking and bizarre scenery of Halong Bay. The imposing limestone islands that dot the landscape will leave you in awe.
Once it's time for lunch, get ready for a treat! You'll be treated to appetizing and fresh seafood that will tantalize your taste buds.
Explore Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave
Travel to Sung Sot Cave, also known as the Surprising Cave, located on Bo Hon Island, is a must-visit spot in Ha Long Bay. It's not only one of the largest grottoes but also a truly spectacular sight.
Next on the itinerary is Luon Cave, where you can venture into a majestic lagoon. By kayaking or sitting on bamboo boats, you'll have the chance to explore the serenity and tranquility of the area.

Titop Island
Go to the breathtaking Titop Island, where you may unwind on the crescent-shaped sandy beach or go swimming.
Hiking to the island's peak to see the stunning limestone mountains and still-blue waters is a fantastic alternative.
Note: If you prefer a more relaxed experience, you have the option to stay on the sundeck and unwind.
Return On Board
Get back on board and proceed in the direction of Tuan Chau Harbor. Unwind at your speed or have a chat with other tourists while taking in the breathtaking Halong Bay sunset scenery.
17:30 - 18:00 | Disembark
Return to Tuan Chau Marina and disembark for your onward journey. While waiting for the pick-up service (book the transfer with an extra fee), enjoy the comfort of the Phoenix Lounge.
20:30 | Back to Hanoi
You'll be dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. It's time to bid farewell for now, take care, and have a fantastic time!

Very fun
We recently returned from this day cruise and the experience was great. We visit the most famous attractions of Halong Bay: Sun Sot Cave, Titov Island, and another cave for kayaking. Despite the tourists, the scenery is outstanding.
I'll return with a overnight cruise next time.

Halong Bay
It is very convenient to go on a day trip, but unfortunately, it was cloudy that day. If the weather is clear, I believe it will be very beautiful. We only went to Sung Sot Cave that day. The stalactites in the cave were very spectacular. Unfortunately, there were too many people in the cave. You can use your imagination to see different islands during the boat ride.

The tour guide is very conscientious and has good English. The boat was recently renewed, and the price is already very good. What surprised me the most was that the tour guide asked everyone in the group about their food requirements. He took notes one by one.

Smooth driving and pickup.
To be honest and to be cleaner, the ship needs to be refurbished. But the staff was excellent.
The ship's meals was satisfying and of high quality.
In general, if you don't require the glitzy equipment for your excursions, I'd recommend it. It's a wise decision.
