- More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pickup time
Pick-up time from the hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Then, we take a 2.5-hour highway drive to get to Halong Bay (The transfer is not included in the cruise price).
11:45 - 12:00 | Embark
Reach Tuan Chau Marina. From there, a tender boat will transport you to the Halong Phoenix Cruiser.
You can check into your cabin after enjoying a cool welcome drink.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Ha Long Bay
You will be able to see the amazing and unusual beauty of Halong Bay as the cruise travels more into the bay.
When lunchtime rolls around, be set for a treat! Enjoy each bite and take your time to appreciate the flavors.
Explore Luon Cave
You will be assisted to get into the sit-on-top kayaks after going over some fundamental safety precautions and paddling methods with you.
Now, you can enjoy leisurely sailing in the serene green lake that is like a mirror while taking in the striking stalagmite structure.

Discover Titop Island
Following that, visitors will go to Titop Island to relax by swimming and tanning.

Back On Board - Happy Hour
We head back to the cruise and unwind as the sun sets over the bay. You could take advantage of the bar and immerse in the beauty of Ha Long Bay.

Visit the onboard restaurant in the evening for a romantic, intimate dinner featuring delectable regional cuisine.
Relax and sip the exotic drinks at the sky bar (with a surcharge) or simply relax on the top deck under the illuminated sky. Try your luck with squid fishing.

Enjoying a light breakfast, you can take in the stunning scenery of Halong Bay in the morning.
Visit Surprising Cave
Afterward, you will explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprising in English), one of Halong Bay's most spectacular caves. As you enter, the two enormous chambers will allow you to see the amazing stalactites and stalagmites.

Come back to Phoenix Cruise to unwind, pack your bags, and finish the checkout procedure.
Watch a culinary demonstration later on to learn how to prepare real Vietnamese spring rolls.
As the boat sails approaching the harbor, lunch will be served on board.
11:00 - 11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Leave the Phoenix Cruise and return to Tuan Chau Marina by tender boat. From there, you will be taken back to Hanoi.
Enjoy your final glimpse of the picturesque Ha Long Bay.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (with an additional fee), get in your pick-up car and return to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater. End of the service!

Nice budget cruise
The cruise ship is great for its price. Very reasonable for budget travelers. It was a bit old and the room was not too big but it was comfy, that's all I needed. And the service is very good, it helps elevate the experience for me.

Phoenix Cruise was great!
Our family cruised on Phoenix Cruise for 2 nights. The accommodations were modest in size but well-kept. There was no shortage of food, and they did a great job preparing vegetarian meals for us. We also engaged in a variety of activities, including hiking, caving, and kayaking. Every crew member was really helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
