If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
7:00 - 7:30 | Transfer from Hanoi
Present at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater, your driver will pick you up and travel to Tuan Chau Pier in Halong (an extra fee is needed for the transfer service).
9:00 - 9:30 | Embark
You arrive at the waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, check in, and get to the Queen Cruise.
Afterward, listen to a short cruise briefing while sipping your welcome drink.
Cruise to Halong Bay - Have lunch
Queen Cruise starts the journey to Halong Bay and passes by the most beautiful locations in the bay, such as Heaven Gate, Dog Stone Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, and Ga Choi Islet.
Then, at the restaurant on board, you will enjoy a buffet lunch with sumptuous seafood dishes.
NOTE: If the cruise has less than 20 guests, the restaurants will serve a set menu instead.
Sung Sot Cave Excursion
The first stop is Sung Sot Cave, one of the most stunning and expansive caverns in the Halong Bay Cave complex. Follow the tour guide and learn about the area's history and snap lots of photos of the gorgeous stalactites and stalagmites here
Kayaking in Luon Cave
Continue your exploration of Luon Cave by kayaking or boarding a rowing bamboo boat. This place combines natural elements such as imposing mountains and emerald sea waters with high biodiversity.
Explore this location; you'll find a variety of flora, including ferns, cycads, and many lovely orchids.
Unwind in Titop Island
Traveling to Titop Island and swimming in the green sea is a great way to relax. You may also hike to the island's top for a panoramic view of Halong Bay with hundreds of limestone peaks rising from the blue ocean.
Exciting Activities On The Sea
Tea Party on board
Return to Queen Cruise to relax and join a pleasant Tea party with desserts, fruits, and juices.
As the ship cruises back to the pier, you are free to chill out on the sundeck and watch the sun slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky with gorgeous colors.
17:00 - 17:30 | Return to the Pier
The cruise finally reached Tuan Chau Marina. Disembark, get in your car (not included in the cruise price), and travel back to Hanoi.
19:30 - 20:00 | Arrive at Hanoi
After driving on the highway, you’ll stop at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of the tour!

Love the cruise
It was a fantastic trip with incredibly pleasant people, delicious food and drinks, and a stunning landscape. Everything was carefully planned so that we could appreciate the splendor of Halong Bay. I went kayaking, swimming, trekking, exploring the cave, and so on. I definitely suggest this trip if you want to make beautiful memories with your family and friends!

Solo trip to Halong
The trip was fantastic, welcoming staff, delicious food and beverages, and stunning scenery. Everything was set up to take in the breathtaking views of Halong Bay. I went swimming, trekking, caving, kayaking, and so forth. If you want to create amazing memories with your loved ones, I definitely recommend this cruise!
