- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter by a limousine/shuttle bus, taking you to the Halong International Cruise Port. (Our tour does not include the transfer price).
11:30 - 12:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Once reaching Renea's waiting room in Tuan Chau Pier, you will carry the check-in process and then get on a tender to transfer to the Junk.
The crew staff will welcome you with a drink and the cruise manager will give you some basic information about safety on the boat.
After that, visit your cabins, and get ready for a hearty Vietnamese set menu lunch.
Visit Cap La Island and Cong Do Area
After lunch, the junk will take you to the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay. You can admire the combination of many marine islands in the green ocean.
Some interesting activities that travelers can try here are kayaking through the karst, diving into the clear water, or simply sunbathing on Cap La Island.

Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
After relaxing in Bai Tu Long Bay, let’s get back to the cruise for a sunset drink party and see the gorgeous sunset in the anchor area in the Cong Do Area.
Have Dinner - Nightlife On Cruise
Enjoy a set menu dinner in the traditional restaurant. Or if the weather permits, tourists can have dinner on the sundeck.
Join some fun evening activities, including board games. You also may try squid fishing or unwind in your room.

Morning Activities
Waking up early to join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck is the top suggestion for every traveler.
Then don’t forget to enjoy a light Western breakfast in the restaurant before setting off for the top destination of the day.
Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
The junk will head to Thien Canh Son cave. You will be impressed with the natural beauty and unique intricacies.
9:00 - 9:30 | Check Out - Cooking class
Return to the boat for the check-out process.
Then, you'll get the option to take a Vietnamese cooking lesson, where you can learn how to make some classic dishes.

Let's savor a fantastic Vietnamese lunch on the cruise while sailing back to the port.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Once reaching the harbor, say goodbye to the cruise staff and wait for your transfer in the waiting room. (The pick-up service requires an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
The booked limousine or shuttle bus will take you to the hotel in Hanoi. The tour ends.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
A shuttle bus or a limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay International Port. (The pick-up service requires an extra fee).
11:30 - 12:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
You will check in once you arrive in Renea's waiting area, then get into a tender to be transported to the junk.
Upon getting on board, enjoy a welcome drink, and the cruise manager will brief you on the basic boat safety procedures.
Receive the room key and relax for a while in your cabin. Then head to the restaurant for a perfect Vietnamese lunch.
Explore Cap La Island
The junk will transport you to the picturesque Bai Tu Long Bay after lunch. Kayaking through the karst, diving into the crystal-clear water, or just unwinding in the brilliant sunshine.
You can also take the chance to visit Cap La Island. This is the unspoiled natural landscape that is worth visiting in the pristine bay.

Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Return to the junk boat to enjoy a romantic sunset party with tea and snacks while the ship cruises to the anchor area in Cong Do.
Have Dinner
Enjoy a delicious dinner with the talented chefs in the restaurant onboard.
Afterward, participate in nighttime recreations: Vietnamese puzzle games, board games, squid fishing, and drinks in bars.

Morning Activities
Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The recharge your energy with a nice breakfast
Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village
You will get on a day boat to travel to the pretty fishing village of Vung Vieng.
Take part in the everyday activities of the local fisherman here to learn about their daily life and enjoy the wonderful nature.
Have Lunch
Return to the day boat for a delicious hot lunch and have a short rest afterward.
Outdoor Activities In Cong Dam
This afternoon, let’s spend more time kayaking, swimming, and simply relaxing on boats at the stunning Cong Dam Area.
If the weather permits, we can visit Thay Cave before returning to the anchorage.
Late-afternoon Activities
After that, head back to Renea Junk for refreshment. Then you can enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand.

Then, make the most of your time by engaging in interesting evening activities: squid fishing, playing board games, etc.

Travel on a day boat for the 2nd day
Morning Activities
So you are free to do some exercises or enjoy the sunrise on the top deck.
Western-style breakfast and traditional Vietnamese food will be provided at the restaurant.
Discover Thien Canh Son Cave
The last destination of the tour is the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave on Hon Co Island, which is renowned for its pure limestone stalactites and stunning surroundings.
You will have the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the cave for around 1 hour.
9:00 - 9:30| Check Out - Join Vietnamese Cooking Class
Return to the main cruise for check out and spend time at the interesting Vietnamese cooking class (for example, Nem Cuon or fruit carving).
Have Lunch
After that, enjoy your wonderful traditional Vietnamese lunch while traveling back to the harbor.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Say farewell to the cruise staff as you arrive at the harbor. Then wait in the waiting area for your transfer (an additional charge is needed).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You will get to the hotel in Hanoi after 2.5 hours and relax on your own. This is the end of the trip.

Nice trip in boat!
The cruise was fantastic! I spent three days and two nights there, and there was a good mix of things to do and downtime. The accommodations were excellent, and the boat was pretty luxurious. I was aware well in advance that there would be an additional charge for a room because I was traveling alone. As the sole lone passenger on the ship, the personnel also made sure I was having a blast.

Great boat trip!
Along with doing lots of amazing activities like swimming, cooking, fishing, and cajaking, we had a wonderful tour. Our guide, was incredibly nice and affectionate, and the food we had was delicious.
