If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
You may arrange for a limousine to pick you up from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and take you to Halong Bay. (The transfer is not included in the cruise price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Arrive at the Scarlet Pearl Cruise Lounge in Halong International Port and carry on the check-in process. After that, get on a tender to reach the luxury Scarlet Pearl cruise.
You will be welcomed by the boat staff with a welcome drink and you should pay attention to our cruise manager's instructions afterwards.
Before enjoying a delicious lunch at Tahiti Restaurant, store your belongings in your cabin, then, have a great meal as the ship departs and heads toward Lan Ha Bay.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
Head to Dark & Bright Cave, known as one of the most unique wet caves as its half-body is submerged in water. Let's take a bamboo boat rowed by locals or go kayaking while enjoying the natural beauty here.
Visit Ao Ech Area
Return to the floating dock, then carry on to Ao Ech Area, a perfect location for fans of water sports.
The best way to explore Ao Ech and the nearby caverns is by kayak. It also provides a distinctive and revitalizing swimming experience.

Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
After that, travel back to the cruise for some relaxation. Depending on the itinerary, you may either take a Vietnamese cooking lesson or have a drink while watching the breathtaking sunset from the Sky bar.
Also, you can take advantage of the special offer, "Get 01 Buy 01," from 17:30 to 18:30.
Optional: Visitors may purchase fresh drinks on their own to enjoy while taking in the amazing view of the sun setting aboard the catamaran.

Start the day with a quick class in Tai Chi on the sundeck.

Have A Tour on a Catamaran
Take a journey onboard a luxury catamaran in around 30 minutes to explore more secluded and isolated regions of Lan Ha Bay.

Back on the cruise ship and getting ready to check out. Before we return to the dock, guests can enjoy one last delicious brunch in the bay
11:00 - 12:00 | Disembark
Get off the ship and get to the tender. Reach the port and wait for the transfer to get back to Hanoi (transfer service is not included in the price).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
A limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
From your hotel in the Old Quarter, a limousine service will pick you up and transport you to Halong. (Pick-up service requires an extra fee).
11:00 - 11:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
Once reaching Scarlet Pearl Cruise's Lounge, finish the check-in process at the front desk before traveling by tender to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. The boarding will start after around 15 minutes.
You will receive a welcome drink and some important safety notes from the cruise manager.
After that, visitors can have a delicious lunch at Tahiti Restaurant as the ship sails towards Lan Ha Bay.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
The first stop of today's itinerary is Dark & Bright Cave. Let's observe freshwater snails and shimmering karst arcs in the sunlight by taking a leisurely paddle in a kayak or lounging on a local boat.

Discover Ao Ech Area
After that, we will head back to the floating port and keep coming to Ao Ech. It's a great spot to go kayaking, swim in the pristine water, or just unwind by the sea.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
It's time to come back to the Scarlet Pearl. Don't miss the setting sun view during our cocktail party at Sky Bar or the cooking class.
Additionally, don't forget to take advantage of the Happy Hour offer, which is available from 17:30 to 18:30 to buy 1 drink and get another free.
Optional: You can have experience viewing the sunset from a luxurious catamaran while enjoying freshly made drinks if you book in advance for an extra fee.

Then get ready to take in the nighttime splendor of the bay. You can enjoy the time at the sundeck bar, play chess and cards, or go squid fishing.

Do Tai Chi Exercise - Have Breakfast
Wake up early to join the Tai Chi class on the sundeck to freshen up yourself, and then enjoy a delicious breakfast before setting off.
Experience Catamaran
The next activity is to sail a luxurious catamaran, which will make it easier for you to see the far-off scenery of Ba Trai Dao Beach, where you can relax on the emerald green lake.
Visit Viet Hai Village
Next, proceed to Viet Hai Village, a noteworthy stop on Cat Ba Island that visitors adoringly refer to as the "Sleeping Beauty".
When getting to Viet Hai port, you have the option of taking an electric car through the rainforest tunnel or cycling along a scenic route while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

Optional: You may relax with a natural fish massage service for an additional fee. The fish will promote your blood flow and give you a feeling of peace.

Say goodbye to the cruise staff and get on a tender or speed boat to reach the mainland. You'll be at the harbor in approximately twenty minutes.

Great cruise tour
What a great time for me to be on this cruise. Went on this 2-day trip but never felt alone. Everything was perfect: the hosts and the staff were super hospitable and easy-going. I felt like I was at home on Scarlet. And the view from my room is one-of-a-kind.
I will return next summer with my friends.

I chose this cruise as a surprise proposal to my fiancé. Thank the kind staff for being part of a successful marriage proposal. We preserve our memories with photos under the sunset on the Scarlet Pearl's private catamaran. There are no words to describe how amazing it is!

More than I have ever expected!
I did a three-day tour with my family . The staff members was kind and welcoming. The meal was delicious. The island excursion was the most fascinating of the excursions.
However, the cost of the drinks was expensive.

EXCELLENT!!!
I reserved a Golden Pearl cabin with my spouse. It was gorgeous with the view, spacious, and immaculate. The ship appears fantastic. The trip was carefully planned. The staff behaved well. The scenery was breathtaking. I love it.

We would like the transfer service for 3 people and would want to be pickup at the Grand Mercure hotel Hanoi and returned to the Movenpick hotel Hanoi after the cruise.
