- From 5 to 11 years old: 75% of adults rate (sharing a bed with a parent)
- Above 11 years old & adult: 90% of adults rate (not including extra bed)
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick up at Hanoi
Get ready at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater and get transferred to Halong International Harbour via the highway (the transfer service is excluded from the cruise price).
11:30 - 12:00 | Get on board
Arrive at Level 2 of Halong Cruise Port and complete the check-in procedure at Sea Stars Lounge.
Board the luxury cruise and enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager gives a brief introduction to the itinerary and safety regulations.

Indulge in a high-class lunch at the 2nd-floor restaurant and take a look at the unique landscape of Halong Bong formed by a thousand limestone karsts like Am Tich, Mat Quy Islet, and more.
Travel to Sung Sot Cave
The 1st stop in the afternoon is Sung Sot Cave, known as the largest and most stunning cave in Halong Bay.
Here, you’ll be amazed by the intricate stalactites and stalagmites formed millions of years ago, creating stunning and fantastical shapes.
Visit Titop Island
The cruise takes you to the pretty Titop Island, one of the places with the most beautiful beaches in the bay. You can conquer the top of the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Halong or dive to immerse yourself in the fresh sea.
Unwind on board
Get back to the cruise and it’ll move to the overnight anchorage at Lom Bo.
You’ll be offered 01 complimentary drink as part of the Sunset Cocktail program and enjoy the mesmerizing sunset over the bay.

Time to back on Sea Stars Cruise, and relax for a bit before checking out and settling your bills at the reception area.
Have a tasty brunch at the restaurant. The cruise begins its journey back to the wharf, moving through beautiful and poetic scenes of Halong Bay for one last time.

Disembark from the cruise ship and return to the waiting lounge in Halong International Harbor. It’s time to return to Hanoi (book the transfer service with an extra fee).

You can rest in the car while your driver travels back to Hanoi. Get off at your hotel. End of services.

Transfer to a shuttle boat to sail through Lan Ha Bay to the dock of the pristine Viet Hai village.
It's time to take a leisurely bike ride (or electric cart) to Viet Hai - a small village nestled in the ancient forest, surrounded by the majestic mountains of Cat Ba National Park. This place still retains its original pristine beauty, offering guests interesting and new experiences.
Have a nice lunch
Return to the dock and board the day boat to go further to the other side of Lan Ha Bay. Then, enjoy a BBQ lunch aboard the ship while passing by some of Lan Ha Bay's most beautiful sights.
Kayak in Tai Queo Cave Area
After lunch, you can kayak around the Tai Queo cave area, a cave that goes through the limestone mountains to a lake surrounded by towering limestone mountains, likened to the “Dragon's Eye”.
Relaxing time in Ba Trai Dao
