If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

A limousine takes up guests who book the transfer service in Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfers to Halong International Harbour (Our tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Proceed to the waiting room on your own, where you will complete the check-in process and transfer to Signature Royal Junk by tender.
Enjoy a welcoming drink as the captain goes over safety brief and the schedule. After that, you can relax in your cabin.
As the ship travels over the spectacular limestone karst vistas of Halong Bay, a fresh seafood lunch will be served.
Visit Vung Vieng fishing village
It's time to visit Vung Vieng fishing village, a calm and rustic floating village. We have time here to learn about the life and culture of fishermen by rowing boats or kayaking.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
After the excursion, you can come back to the cruise and take some time to unwind and relax.

Amazing cruise for family
Our family had a great fun on this cruise. The cabin is pretty large for a family of 4 with a big balcony. Food & drinks are also nice (you need to pay for the drink except water in the cabin. I think they should renovate some area on board as it was a bit old.

This is no doubt one of the best tours we've had. The cabin is spacious, tasty meals. Top-notch service.
If you want a peaceful cruise, you should travel to Bai Tu Long Bay. There are few boats in the bay.

A Romantic value for money cruise
If you spend the night in Halong Bay, spend more for a balcony and spa. This cruise has everything you need, including a unique honeymoon arrangement (please mention this when making your reservation if you are celebrating your anniversary). There will also be a surprise anniversary cake and party. You won't regret spending a little extra on this cruise:-)
