If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

A limousine bus will pick you up from your accommodation in the Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay. (The transfer service is not included in the pricing.
11:30 | Arrive At Tuan Chau Pier - Embark
As soon as you arrive at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, check-in procedures will start in the lounge. There is welcome tea ready for you to enjoy while waiting for the boat to depart.
Get on board and make yourself at home in the welcoming atmosphere of the ship's restaurant to begin your adventure.
Have Lunch
Throughout the voyage to Lan Ha Bay, passengers may eat appetizing dishes.
Head to Trung Trang Cave
After the delicious lunch, visit Trung Trang Cave, which is a mysterious attraction on Cat Ba Island that captivates thousands of visitors each year with outstanding rock formations.

Then take time in the serene Tra Bau, which is hidden inside the uninhabited expanse of Lan Ha Bay.

You will check out and settle up with the reception desk. After that, a delicious brunch will be provided while the boat makes its way to the pier.
11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Our voyage comes to an end here, the ship has docked, and the car will take you back to Hanoi. (Transfer services need an additional fee)
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
Get in the pick-up car and head back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The trip is over.

Let's say goodbye to the crew and disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. You can wait for your driver in the lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
If you've arranged for transport (extra fee needed), get in the pick-up vehicle and drive back to your hotel in Hanoi. End of the trip.

To go to Noi Bai International Airport, a vehicle transport will pick you up. When we get there, let's check in at Hai Au Aviation, Counter A32, Lobby A, Terminal 1, and then hop aboard the seaplane for the 45-minute flight from Hanoi to Halong.

Amazing service
I recently had a tour on this cruise and it was very memorable. The weather on the 1st day was very nice but it was raining on the 2nd day.
The service from the staff is outstanding, they are super friendly. They even pull the chair out whenever we want to get out. I'm so thankful for them!

I had a great time!
This is a truly wonderful, relaxing cruise! My family and I had an amazing experience, and the scenery was breathtaking. A big hit was the jacuzzi. However, the crew truly made the trip. Everyone was accommodating with any requirements.

Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience shared by the entire family. Though pricey, it's well worth the price! Elegant ship, suites, eating area. We had a fun-filled day that includes swimming, kayaking, squid fishing (which we didn't catch), and a visit to the Cat Ba Island cave. Great experience!
