- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
After picking up tourists from the Old Quarter in Hanoi, a limousine transports them to Halong International Harbour (Our tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Upon checking in at the pier, you can relax in the waiting area until it's time to transfer to Signature Junk by tender.
While the captain goes through the schedule and safety procedures, grab a refreshing welcome drink. Once settled in your cabin, take some time to relax and make yourself comfortable.
As the cruise proceeds through the awe-inspiring limestone karst of Bai Tu Long Bay, indulge in a delicious seafood lunch.
Explore Vung Vieng fishing village
Our first visit will be to Vung Vieng fishing village, a charming floating village. Take your time exploring and immerse yourself in the unique lifestyle and culture of the fishermen.
You'll have the opportunity to get on rowed boats or go kayaking, allowing you to get up close and personal with the village and its surroundings. Feel the thrill of gliding through the waters and take in the picturesque views.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Once we return to the cruise, it's time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the scenic beauty of the bay.
Happy Hour offers to buy one drink and get another one for free, you can savor your favorite beverages.

While the cruise ship glides through the tranquil waters, treat yourself to a delightful early brunch.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
As the ship gets back to Halong Pier, bid farewell to the cruise crew, and head back to the lounge (book in the next step with an additional fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
In the afternoon, expect to arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, marking the end of your journey.

A comfortable vehicle will arrive at your hotel to pick you up and transfer you to Halong International Harbour (The pick-up service requires an extra fee).

You will arrive at the harbor's Signature waiting lounge to check in, from where a tender will take you to the Signature Junk.
You will be greeted with a cool drink upon arrival and given vital information regarding the schedule and safety protocols. After that, relax in your cabin.
Lunch will be served while the cruise sets sail along the bay. Savor a selection of delectable seafood delicacies as you take in the breathtaking views of the limestone islands.
Explore Vung Vieng fishing village
Your first destination is the picturesque Vung Vieng fishing village, nestled in the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay.
This charming village is a hidden gem where you can immerse yourself in tranquility and gain unique insights into the daily lives of the local fishermen. Here, you have either kayaking or get on a bamboo boat rowed by locals.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
After you get back to the cruise, you can unwind in your cabin.

Reach the Halong International Harbour, say goodbye to the cruise crew, and get off the ship.
Our driver will pick you up at the waiting lounge and get back to Hanoi (book the transfer in the next step with an additional fee)

Your journey will come to an end when you return to your hotel in Hanoi in the afternoon.

I think it has a great quality-price ratio within the options available to do this tour.

Must try experience!!!
This cruise was a fantastic experience! Our cruise manager made the experience unforgettable. He's a really entertaining person who thoroughly discussed the history and attractions of Ha Long Bay.
The food is also excellent. A fantastic array of cuisines. 10 out of 10 would recommend it!

Awesome Cruise
We booked 2 days, 1 nights trip with Signature Cruise and everything was planned very well.
Our host treated us kindly, he took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. We can ask for anything and he answered all of that in detail. We will book again.

Friendly staff, amazing sights!
Our tour lasted two nights. The Bai Tu Long Bay was breathtaking. Every meal was excellent. Nothing could be better for the crew. They went above and above to make us feel at ease and make sure we had a great time while aboard. I appreciate a wonderful time.
Minus point: A few trash floating on the ocean.
