If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Transfer from Hanoi
Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera Theatre House (book the transfer in the next step with extra fee) and travel to Halong.
11:30 - 12:00 | Check in - Embark
Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Transfer to the main boat by tender. Embark and warmly welcome to the cruises!
While enjoying the welcome drink, listen to a cruise briefing and safety introduction. After that, check in your cabin.
Enjoy Lunch
Fabulous lunch is served while the budget cruise sails into magnificent Halong Bay, passing the famous Finger Islet, Candle Islet, etc.

Explore Dark & Bright Cave
We will visit the Dark & Bright Cave - famous for its pristine natural beauty and poetic seascape. This is the best time for tourists to enjoy bamboo boats or kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone mountains and nature.

After the cave tour, return to the boat to check out. While brunch is served, the ship slowly navigates emerald water toward the mainland.
11:00 - 11:30 | Back to Tuan Chau Marina
Reach the pier, transfer to the cruise lounge, and disembark. Car transfer service is available with an additional fee.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Get in your booked car and get back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends!

Morning Warm-up
Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise and exercise on the sundeck. Then, go to the restaurant for breakfast with tea and coffee.
Discover Viet Hai Village
You will be transferred to the day boat to go further into Lan Ha Bay. You start the journey to Viet Hai village - a peaceful village with magnificent scenery by bike.
Let’s cycle through the vast rice fields and enjoy the fresh air. You stop to rest and visit the old house made from straw, mud, bamboo, etc to find out about the lives of local people.

Have your lunch
Return to the day tour cruise. You will be served lunch with a variety of dishes at the dining area on board.
Swim in Ba Trai Dao
The cruise takes you to the pristine beach area of Ba Trai Dao. This is the most beautiful beach in Lan Ha Bay with amazing white sand, calm sea, and less touristy. You are free to swim and sunbathe here.
Late afternoon activities
Return to Verdure Lotus to relax. You will be watching the sunset fall on Lan Ha Bay, immersed in soothing or vibrant music, sipping a cocktail. Later, you can participate in a cooking class to make Spring rolls and try it.
Enjoy dinner and Leisure time
Savor a tasty meal after a day full of engaging activities. After that, you may try squid fishing, drinking or simply resting in your cabin.

9:00 | Check out time - Have brunch
Return to the junk boat to prepare your luggage and check out of your room. As we cruise back to the pier, relish brunch and enjoy your last moment in Lan Ha Bay.
Chilling out on Sun loungers

Upon reaching the harbor, get on the tender boat and transfer to the cruise lounge. Now it’s time to wait for your driver.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
For those who use the transfer service (book in the next step with extra fee), get on your bus and return to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel.

Nice trip
We met several fascinating folks, which made our vacation extremely unique; otherwise, it might have been a little routine.
We got a beautiful room with a bath, and I was happy to relax in the cool water.

It was wonderful, although we anticipated the cave excursion to cover more area. It was about 45 minutes.
Accommodations and staff warmth are what the best about this cruise. However, bathroom upkeep was minimal.

Very nice service. The staff were excellent. The Captain went out of his way to ensure that the few of us who weren't part of the tour group were given priority.
However, the bathroom maintenance needs improvement, it is quite old.
